168 and below? DeGale gives him his toughest fight, but he gets knocked out. He may legitimately be up on points prior to the stoppage. Golovkin would probably feel himself too much and go up to 175 and take a loss to Kov or someone.
GGG doesnt fight plodders like Yellow in the manner you speak. He fights behind a lethal jab, and a hook up and down, neither of which lead feet can defend against. Can Yeller land a counter......why not. But no one believe Yellers power is </= Lemiuex, Stevens, or even Macklins, and certainly not proven on the level of Rubios. That is just 1/10th of the arguement though. How bout footwork??? Can Yeller run from GGG??? No. Can he subtly get in and out of range? F NO. Yellow is the plodder here. And I wouldnt doubt if Chavez Jr looked like Sergio for spells in their fight. How bout making it a firefight? F/N/A. Yeller would make Brook look like Chavula. So, Yellows chances are to survive each rd, throwing a 3-5 punch combo in the waning seconds of each rd, ensuring a rd won, whether GGG outlanded him 19-6 in the rd, and doing that for 12 consecutive rds. FFS.....Kirkland had Yeller on KWEER ST in the first rd, and was so weight drained, he had only 3 rds of gas in the tank. Yeller survived, parrying on the ropes, and he gets credit for that, but if Yeller couldnt hurt Lara, Trout, or Cotto with his shots, he'd not deter the divisions great jab of all time, the divisions highest KO% of all time, and the divisions #2 in combined/consecutive title defenses of all time. Oscar better hope that Yeller v Jr does 700K, cuz if it dont, GBP gonna need a massive influx of cash, and when a cokehead gets desperate, first thing he does is pawn his gold, or in this case, his golden goose. And no......BHop aint stepping in to save the day. Not a country on the planet would sanction it.
Everybody have a chance when they step into the ring. Canelo, Andrade, charlo's, eubank, etc. However on paper none of them is even close to have 30%
Charlo, in 2 yr when GGG is defending SMW titles and seeking out the elusive Undisputed Crown, could essentially take over at MW, using his power, size and undeniable skill, to earn wins over the likes of Kopylenko, Magomedov, Murata, Aleem and the rest of the upcoming prospects. If he became a star, GGG might be enticed to meet him at 65, where someone with Charlos size, power, speed, and skills, could stave off, and possibly stop an aging ATG.
As a young boy, Gennady's two older twin brothers used to challenge him on the streets of Karagandy to fight other boys. They would say, "See that guy? Are you afraid of him? Then fight him!" And the boy Gennady would challenge the other boy to a fight. Thus did the God of War receive his education from his older brothers.
When Gennady's twin brothers died in the army in Afghanistan (only the poorest of the poor serve in the Russian army), his brothers' bodies were never returned. He dedicated himself to living up to their memory. He vowed he would never disappoint them. He would fight to honor their memories, and become champion middleweight boxer of the world. Thus did Gennady Gennadeyvich Golovkin become the God Of War, and the undefeated, most feared, Middleweight Champion of the World.
And then when he does, you'll be spewing your same garbage like always..."I'll give Canelo credit only if he beats GGG LEGITIMATELY" then he'll beat him and you'll make every excuse in the book not to give him credit..

First off to respond Canelo has fought guys with a better jab than GGG like Cotto who is a converted left handed fighter so his jab is really a power punch, Trout and Lara who are stuck and move fighter who predicted there game plan around jabbing and moving even Khan to a lesser extemt who's game plan was to strike with quick 1-2s. All those guys are much faster than GIG and none were able to land it consistently so logically a slower fighter would have more trouble landing. Next point you talk about comp every Golovkin opponent has been on the level of a Kirkland or Angulo and Alvarez KO'd both those fighters spectacularly, can't really make a legitimate argument about who is fighting who as a GGG can when his entire resume is filled with journeyman and never were' s. When comparing power you list Lemuiex and Stevens what top tier fighter has there power been displayed against? Neither one of those guys has ever beat anyone worth a damn to say they have such great power. You start to go into fight plans why would Alvarez need to run as a counter puncher you'd want your opponent to come to you, and with his superior defense and body movement it's not a stretch to think he could handle himself on the inside without running and again you leave out the difference in speed faster more mobile fighter were not able to land consistently so a guy who by comparison would look like a prodded compared to previous opponents. The thing that is left out in this argument is for all the people who say GGG easily outboxed him, Golovkin has never fought a top tier elite "boxer" Alvarez has fought several of them and outside of Mayweather who is the greatest of a generation none of them had prolonged success. Everything else you say is pretty much irrelevant highest KO percentage isn't hard when you never leave contender level opponents, the MW defense record is b.s. also dude only became a legit champ after beating Heals all that intriem regular title defense cr@p is just that fake promo tool. Nobodies considers Jacobs a true Champ but will spout some fake record for Golovkin based off that same title. All that is irrelevant I think it would be a fairly competitive fight can see both winning but I'm picking Alvarez more skills vs a higher level of comp and experience in big fights Germany is content fight subteir guys that doesn't make you great or improve you as a fighter not to mention an age factor one guy is only getting better the other can only get worse. The funny thing to me is everyone talks about his comp but beating Khan and Smith is better than beating Brook and Wade, regardless of how we as fan's look at it even Chavez Jr is a tougher opponent than Jacobs. I mean Chavez is a bum because he lost to a then top 5 LHW yet Jacobs was going life and death with Mora of all people. At the end of the day as long as the fight comes off is all that really matters, can't hate on anyone who'd pick GGG but people severely overrated Golovkin. Almost all the most feared hype jobs get exposed the second they step up is a story as old as time, guys look great knocking over cans then they fight an actual elitefigjter and get a reality check.
Cotto is really a blown up welterweight and his jab isn't as accurate as Golovkin's so no, it isn't better. Trout and Lara also don't have better jabs. Less accurate and weaker. Granted, a jab isn't known for its power but when you have one with tons of power and accuracy it is better with comparable speed it is better because it causes a different set of problems. When you have a jab that lands like an overhand right it changes the structure of the fight. Every Golovkin opponent has not been on the level on Angulo/Kirkland; I'm not even going to bother with this part beyond that. Canelo isn't actually that hard to hit on the inside and with Golovkin's power you'd have to assume that he'd have to move a bit more in this fight given Golovkin's pressure. Every time I think of this fight I can't picture Canelo just taking Golovkin's power because...no one else has. MAYBE, Canelo could, that's why guys fight since isn't exactly a guarantee, but this is not something I'd bet on. Canelo's body punching could potentially give Golovkin problems, but Canelo would definitely have to fight off his back foot in a lot of moments assuming Golovkin fights how he usually does. As far as the elite boxers, there is Trout who you could argue should have had a draw with Canelo. Trout...honestly is more of a guy you use a standard for boxers rather than a great boxer himself. He's like a test. Lara, who isn't as good as people make him seem on this forum and he arguable beat Canelo, Cotto who honestly is more like a blown up WW with a style of boxing that wouldn't work too well against guys much larger than him. The rest I'm not going to bother mentioning.
I do have a real life, while you stay in LA La Land. You have no proof of anything you say ever.. so I don't want to hear any more tall tales until you provide the proof you said you were going to give me. I proved I met Emanuel Steward, still waiting on your proof. And post a link of your articles you wrote up for the boxing times, I'd like to read them, if you don't mind.
