Khan and Brook - The A side

Not the same situation as Canelo v GGG at all.

Canelo has the numbers to back up his claim that his A side to call the shots.

His ppv numbers and live gate receipts far outweigh GGG's. The money from the fight is driven by Canelo.

What has Khan done in the UK to suggest his worth double of Brook? PPV numbers? Nope. Sold out arenas? Nope.

Gossip magazines? Yes

 

He hasn't done anything but Hearn is an idiot for admitting Khan is a bigger name. Khan is going to get a majority share if this fight happens. 50/50 is fair but Brook should take the money and finish Khan and reap the rewards later down the line imo.

 

The issue isn't Khan getting more. The issue is he wants double what brook gets. 70/30 is too wide, he needs to bend. 60/40 at best for Khan.

 

All this is, is what eubank tried to do. He said eddie said its a ppv you own the show.So he tried setting hisnown ticket prices etc & eddie said no thats not how it works... why would he then allow the same scenario to play out but with khan? They could do whtever they want and damage matchrooms reputation and as he said about eubank "why would i allow them to use matchrooms licence and damage our name" so why would he now allow khan to do that? It makes no sense.

All the article says is floyd contolls all income from the event, this is what happens in the uk just like with froch... its just eddie will look after the financials. Its the reason in america everything is double the price because floyd wants more money..

His 70/30 is a way to stall the fight so he can take a tune up. Ducking again. Kell is also coming from an injury and operation and is willing to take the fight, the same can't be said about khan

Al will want his 15 %
If he as Schafer helping him there goes another %
Then there is 20 % of his earnings to the uk tax man

70/30 is obviously playing hard ball to get to 60-55. This is called anchoring to a higher number because now when they go back to 60/40 it looks much different than before. Before 60/40 would have been an insult too but now it looks like a compromise by Khan.
It is just a good negotiation by Khan's team.

 

And that's the problem. It's ridiculous that Brook has to take less because Khan has more outgoings.

Really? From what Khan's team and Hearn said they ain't bending at all. They want 70% or no fight.

Why they are negotiating for a fight which wouldn't be in April makes no sense.

Khan is saying he wants the belt on the line. What happens if brook loses vs Spence. The fight is off so the fight is April or not.

If brook beat Spence surely he would have even more leverage so could demanding more on the split.

Either way the fight isn't happening.

 

Khan juyst basically admitted that his fight with cameltoe is was to fool the public he accuses oscher and cameltoe of doing this yet fails to realize he helped facilitate this very situation and is now crying about it typical khan always the victim
But it did not matter then as it helped him out of a sticky situation and helped replenish is bank balance
