I did speak to someone who knows nothing about boxing and prefers MMA, who said they thought that McGregor would win easily.

So lots of the MMA fan boys and casuals will be paying for this carnival attraction. Thats why its happening

This would be hilarious! If Connor came out and just ignored boxing rules and dropped him with a head kick or takedown and choked Mayweather out (after a few seconds of serious ground and pound as he sits on top of Floyd on his back. I think if this fight happens Floyd would be wise to put in the contract if MrGregor fights dirty and does MMA tactics that he forfeits his purse. Otherwise he might as well just go destroy Floyd. I'm a boxing fan but would find that so funny.

As for this threads subject....would I pay for it ? NO WAY. This is a complete FARCE and MISMATCH as a boxing match. If it was up to me I'd make Connor have to fight and beat a top 25 guy. This is no more than a GREEDY Floyd wanting to mug the fans...its not really a fair sporting contest. Its robbing the gullible clueless fans. So if it does happen i'll watch it online the next day and hopefully see McGregor destroy Floyd with some deft MMA moves. Take his money and laugh at Floyd for being such a greedy fool.

No need to act tough, I think every boxing fan watched floyds fights. It's kinda like the Super Bowl for boxing.

 

At the end of the day it's only 20 smackers max and the intrigue is way to much to turn it down.
