How was Lomachenko "naturally" bigger than Walters? I would be willing to wager that Walters walks around at 150lbs or more, as much if not (likely) more than the Ukrainian whiz kid. As for Garcia, he's an excellent fighter. Nevertheless, he's never fought anyone as technically or athletically gifted as Lomachenko. Indeed, while Mikey holds the edge in the power department, he's not as fast (hand or foot), as technical a boxer, or as defensively gifted.

Mikey is fast, is just as technically gifted, definitely has the edge in power and has great defenses. Loma was a LW in the AM's I believe.
Neither of these fighters schools the other. Call a Loma win by all means, but saying it would be a schooling is a bit much, dude....
Flanagan is the definition of a fighter who is all-round solid but not exceptional at anything, and that's not the recipe for beating Garica. Terry gets a lot of love for a bog standard resume....
The difference is that Mikey has shown really good, very solid skills against mediocre to good opponents. Loma has shown otherwordly skills against mediocre to good opponents and made a world class opponent quit.
Mickey only needs to touch him you will see the effect this guy got some serious power combine with a great jab a bad recipe for Loma.
So, now the new Lomachenko killer is Garcia. And this is not to discredit Garcia, he looks like awesome fighter. Just how low can you get Blizzy.
Loma couldnt afford to get touched by a single R hand or L hook. Horrible fight. A monstrous 135 lb fight, who's only flaw is his forgetting D when he's looking to land big, vs a smallish 130lbr who tends to pull his shots to produce more flashy combinations. Yeah, Loma got the handspeed on Garcia, but Garcia is liable to be near 150lbs himself on the night, and has about a 3in reach advantage, and IDC about the stats, I'd say Mikey's at least an 1 1/2" taller as well.
Mikey KO's a Glass Jawed flat footed fighter with no head movement and now he is all the sudden going to do that to everyone? LOL.
Bob would rather risk Loma than Bud. Bud's a bigger moneymaker for him, still has his 0, and can move up to 147, which is a bigger money division. You won't see Bud-Garcia until/unless it's PPV.
