Mikey Garcia is a world class fighter and any advantages that you point out that are in Loma's favor is your opinion. Mikey is pin point accurate and one of the best punchers pfp in the game today. For all the talent that you think Loma has, he has no left hand and he isn't really a southpaw. He's converted. He won't out quick Mikey or outbox him.

Mikey would tap Lomo's ass, fo sho. Too bad the fight won't happen. Arum would never allow it.
Garcia has plenty of good options. He could stay at 135 where he has a lot of good fights to unify the titles against Linares, Flanagan and Easter, or he could go to 140 to fight Broner or Crawford. Arum would throw Crawford to Mikey before he would throw Lomo his way.
Either way, now that Garcia has Haymon, he stands to make a lot of money in a short period of time to make up for his 2 year absence.

Regardless of official stats, Loma is taller than Mikey, he'll probably fill out quite well at Lightweight, and judging by his increase in punching power from FW to SFW, there's good reason to suspect it will carry up as well. Its a 50/50 match, and of course I lean Loma.

I agree. Only none African American fighters not signed with Al Haymon or TMT like Golovkin need to move up immediately.

Lomachenko has faster hands, faster feet and is all around quicker than Mikey. That is a fact, unless you are visually impaired or merely too biased to admit as much (I suspect it's the latter). Suggesting that Lomachenko is technically superior, on the other hand, is an opinion, however defensible that proposition might be. Note the difference.

As for Lomachenko not being able to "outbox" Mikey, that again is an opinion. I believe (again opinion) that you're wrong. Time will tell.

Lomachenko has no left hand? Re-watch (or watch for the first time) the Loma-Martinez fight and note the straight lefts that were snapping Martinez's head back later in the fight. You may also want to note the crushing left uppercut that rocked Martinez and set up the right hook that flattened the veteran Puerto Rican.

The good thing is that we have a choice to differ. None of that **** matters in a fight. I'm taking about what you perceive as advantages that Loma has over Mikey. Loma didn't use that advantage to beat Salido like Mikey did. Oh Salido beat Loma. Mikey toyed with Salido. And Martinez was a ko waiting to happen.

Mikey will know that Loma has NO left hand at all. Loma's left isn't even thrown correctly. He better stay away from Mikey.

Salido earned a highly debatable "victory" (personally, I called it a draw) against a kid in his second professional fight. How many fights did Mikey have when he fought Salido?

Moreover, are you suggesting that Mikey will adopt the same tactics in a prospective fight with Lomachenko that Salido did? If not, than the comparisons are entirely irrelevant. Triangulating fights rarely works in any case. I would pick Walters, for example, over Salido at 130lbs. Walters, however, could not land a glove on the Ukrainian and meekly quit after seven largely inept rounds.

And yet when I point out a fight in which Lomachenko's left led directly to a KO, you repeat the same blather.

Whatever, man. No sense engaging in a pointless discussion. I'd find more intelligent banter talking to a wall.

Salido clearly beat Loma. Salido may very well have beaten Garcia in his 2nd pro fight. But he didn't and neither did Loma.

Felix Trinidad stopped Joppy with his right hand but he had no right hand. Same with Dlh landing on Vargas with his right hand. So what Loma's left started the process of kayoing Martinez. Martinez was slow as molasses. Garcia stopped him too.

In the biggest fights of their lives Dlh's right hand was NO factor against Shane, Titos right hand was NO factor against DLH or Hop and Loma's left hand was NO factor against Salido. So go talk to the wall mother****er. You didn't have to quote me.
