    No he wasn't. Sam Peter beat better fighters than a 40 years old, shot to **** Ray Austin who was coming off of a loss (who you probably refer as a bum)and won his title against a better opponent. And Juan Carlos Gomez was better than any one of Wilder's title defences.

    Review the Wilder and Austin fights and tell us with a straight face that Stiverne can box.

    Stiverne battered a reinvigorated and rejunvaated Arroela twice in a row. Arreola was better than Peters. Peter was a talent less bum and was Stivernes bread b butta .

    Maskaev was better than Arreola whose faded version is Stiverne's only notable win other than 40 year old, shot to **** Austin who you probably referred as a bum even in his prime. Stiverne was the worst HW titlist since Bentt until Charles Martin came along. Go watch boxing instead of going by boxrec and talking out of your ass.

    Maskaev was 39 , shot and at the end of his career. You are the boxrecer here listing out names.

    Peter was a face first come forward bum. Arroela had the same style but was slightly more skillful and a lot quicker. Stiverne back foot counter punching style was all wrong for Arroela. It would have been even worse for Peter.
