The names Povetkin, GGG and Klitschko have triggered them both for years on here. Go figure. Lol

Deontay will probably knock dude's head off, but I'm just guessing that because they probably wouldn't take the fight if they weren't pretty sure that would be the case. Right now I've just had it with this guy. Call me when he fights somebody of note.

Wilder can't lose that fight, even if he does lose, afterall, Wilder owns the judges, referee, boxing commission, etc., the fight is a disgrace, Wilder's 5th voluntary defense in a row against another wino..............

    Facts I'm afraid.
Duhaupas was ranked around 35th in the world, and Szpilka was ranked exactly 21 in world at the time they both fought Wilder.

And you're going off boxrec which really isn't that meaningful to me. I would much sooner go off like PBO, which agrees much more with what I consider the gospel: TBRB.

And even if you highly value boxrec, you can't ignore the fact that Molina is currently ranked 12th by boxrec, and Duhaupas is currently ranked 18th. And that's Duhaupas' ranking after that farce of a fight with Povetkin.

When we are discussing very low ranked opponents like Duhaupas and Szpilka Boxrec is the place to go because it includes all heavyweights.
Wilder cherry picked these opponents because he thought they were easy fights, and he was right, that is the point.
Povetkin put Duhaupas in his rightful place, and just makes a mockery of how much of a hard time Wilder had with him.

You 're saying Boxrec ranks fighters higher after they lose.. Provide a source for those those numbers or else its not a fact.

PBO does the top 100, which is adequate for this discussion. And, again, I would favor PBO because its rankings agree more with TBRB.

Duhaupas had zero preparation. Nothing can be surmised from the fight. It was meaningless.

And Wilder's cherrypicking is not the point. The point is the quality of his opposition. And Washington does not stand out by any means in terms of quality. He appears worse than Duhaupas, Szpilka, and Molina by PBO's rankings and boxrec's current rankings.

Ffs I thought Wilder was gunna pick Rudenko so I'm just happy his fighting Washington. Credit to both men, Wilder for taking on a decent HW after a crazy injury and Washington for taking a big fight under such short notice.

I will go for Wilder UD.
