    So is Jacobs enrolled or not? They can't test someone that doesn't sign up for testing I assume.

    Good Lord you are gullible. Opinions of a sensitive nature on here get censored and their purveyors banned. I cannot go to deep into why WADA/VADA is corrupt but I am quite certain if I did you would resist even more.

    His enrollment is pending. They can't test him yet until it goes through. The WBC (I think) has to approve it first, which is silly.
