" outside of Lewis" isn't the reality. That was a far better win than anything Galento managed to get and hasim got it by actually fighting clean !!! Imagine that... Harry Thomas had lost five of his last 7 fights. Is this who you think was better than Carrie sanders ? The man who beat Wladimir Klitschko ? Next to Two Ton Tony, Rahmans record looks like Muhammad Ali's.
Oh it's Seamus again. Getting into a lazy Rahman clinch isn't exactly an impossible task only an elite few could muster. Ruiz, Holyfield, Oleg, and even Toney all took what they wanted from Rahman on the inside. 2 Ton was exceedingly strong. 20% is another way of saying you don't think Galento will KO him. If I may throw out some figures I say the out come is Galento 60% KO Rahman 30% points 10% DQ or Galento quit job.
This guy absolutely hates me,he's never got over not succeeding in getting me banned ,he left in a deep sulk because of it. Now he's back under another alt, still full of bile, and spewing hatred. The stress he must put himself under is unimaginable. No way he lets " bygones be bygones" he is in it for the long haul!lol
So you do rate Rahman as Lewis' equal given they each have official wins over each other? You can't have it both ways. Not every fighter can have the privilege of an all time great dropping his hands and giving them a free shot to boost their resume. The reality is Rahman was really more of a Barrett, Sullivan, Sanders....kind of fighter, and the Lewis win was an abnormality. Harry Thomas is the worst name on that list. Why isolate him against one of Rahman's best wins. Thomas was a tough guy that fought everybody. He was only previously stopped by Schemling and Louis in competitive fights. Galento blowing him out in 3 rounds was a good win.
He loves playing the role of the contrarian. Tell him the sky is blue and he'll argue for 12 pages that it isn't. Who has that kind of time?
Not necessary, I'll leave you two to your bench. You can trade all kinds of crazy conspiracy theories you will never ever be challenged on.
I think you mean "you're" Unless you are saying your his gay, which wouldn't surprise me. I'm just surprised you are allowed to troll every god damn topic.
Wrong. I never said "Rahman is Lewis's equal. ". But the win still counts. Or are you saying we should just erase it ? And funny how you make excuses for how Rahman got his best wins but don't address that a lot of the guys who fought Galento were coming off bad streaks, fighting in Tony's backyard, and often got fouled besides. You also forgot to mention that Tua got schooled in two fights against Hasim. Had it not been for the late hit after the bell in the first fight which rattled Rahman that might have Been another win.
The point is you are using it as an arguing point for Rahman to win a fantasy fight. By that logic, you can use that to trump any fantasy fight opponent..well Rahman beat Lewis of course he beats this guy which isn't the reality of the situation. Thomas certainly was on a losing streak. I wouldn't describe any of the others as being on a bad streak. What is Tony's backyard? Jersey, Only one of the fights I listed was in Jersey. Hell yeah, he fouled. He was dirty, he was popular, and he knew how to get away with it. That's the point and a part of his game an opponent needs to be ready for. In that regard, he's one of the worst guys you could match against Rahman. Add into Rahman's lack of speed and questionable durability... Yep, he outboxed Tua, who caught him with a cheap shot he wasn't DQed for.
