Any of our British friends know the approximate walk-in time for Hammer vs. Price?t

Found it. In case anyone is wondering. UK time that is.

 

Eubank Jr tweeted that he will be out at approx 9:30pm but I'm not sure how that's possible given the undercard. Maybe like everyone else he is expecting the plumber to last about thirty seconds before hitting the canvas.

 

If I was Hammer, then I would not go for it right away.

I would play it cool, and take into the 4th or 5th and then swing for the fences. You only need to land once against Price- and Price is only dangerous in the early rounds until he gases

Yeah agreed. Price will surely be nervous so I have a feeling he will be pawing with his jab rather than asserting it like he should. I didn't see Hammer's fight with Teper. How did he do perform in that one?

The main thing that gives me confidence in the Plumber here is Dave Coldwell. I have him down as a decent trainer tbh and he's done really well with Bellew. I'm sure he will have improved Pricey.

 

Yeah, it's kind of a job route the last several years, lol. It's my life.

 

I'm totally amazed that ANYONE cares about Christian or Hammer.

There's hope for Saul Wynstein yet.

 

Remember Hammer/Larsen guys... Hammer got to and stopped the bigger and more powerful man after he gassed. At the time Larsen was coming off an impressive showing to a version of Solis that wasn't completely worthless yet.

 

I think we all know why you don't care about them.

You are hating for the sake of hating, it's a good competitive fight between two fringe contenders that will more likely than not result in a brutal KO.

 

Anyone excited for the Ryder/Etches fight? Fights two fairly evenly matched domestic level guys can result in some pretty amazing fights. Think of Hibbert/Ryan...
