Like tennis is any cleaner. Sharapova has been proven to be a PED user for almost her entire career but for some reason her name doesn't come up. It's ALL sports, male/female. If there's money involved, people will do whatever they can to make more of it and in sports that means performing better than your opponent. It's not rocket science.
