I missed a host of bouts last week, been too busy. This year I have a lot of stuff going on, namely looking to buy a place in another city as London is way too expensive. Anyway I will do what I can here!

Warren UD, Easter KO, Herring UD, Laggoune UD, Baranchyk KO, Yigit UD

Too damn right, I guess one must be in a well paid job or had help from parents to start the ladder. A lot of people I know just had to move out of london to be able to afford a place. I'm planning to move to Birmingham, the price there are about 3x cheaper than london. A friend of mine from london is also going to buy a place in Birmingham, I have a relative living in Loughborough too. I can be mortgage free in birmingham within 5 years with the deposit I have, paying approx £450 p/m, in london it would be 20 years paying £1k a month - no thanks!

No chance! I'm a driving instructor so pretty much I can live in most places in the UK! All I need is some time - maybe upto a year to learn the new area and then build my income to somewhat near what I'm earning now. This trade off is so fab, as within 5 years I would be mortgage free. 3 Hours drives to London when I visit relatives once a while which isnt too bad.

Everyone jumped on Trump a few weeks ago when he said Meryl Streep was overrated after she gave her spiel at the Golden Globes, and I agreed with him wholeheartedly. I think its set by the admins and un-adjustable, it fluctuated for a few days after the upgrade between 15 and 20, and they finally settled back on 15.
