    LOL!
It's only Chavez's own fault for being such a lazy fat 420 happy fuc!
He wasn't doing too well at SMW or LHW either, so reducing weight and training right is only to his benefit. It's what he should have been doing all along.

They have been intending to fight Golovkin for 3 years now yet all they have done is mess about with the 155 and im not a middleweight nonsense, ask or demand things they already know will definatly get refused and thrown away the belt to get out of a fight with him.

And now its we intend to fight GGG but we will be offering him an amount we know will be refused because it already has been. Come on Saul, come on Oscar and come on anybody who believes their bullsh1t. Get your head out of the sand this is the most blatent duck in Boxing since Floyd retired the 1st time.

If the offer of 15 millions is legit I think he should take it or counter offer with 20 millions or a small % of upside. Of course right now everything is only to generate anticipation to their eventual fight, you can't really negotiate a fight 8 months in advance when both fighters have fights scheduled (in case of GGG probably 2 fights before september) and if Golovkin fights Saunders this summer and win he is bringing all the belts to the table.

But if we take a look at the numbers, lets say they fight at the Alamadome and their fight does 700k PPV buys, with the live gate we're looking at about 60-70 millions(of course depending on price of PPV and price of tickets), that's without sponsorship and tv rights in other countries and other things which I don't know about. Let's say the fight does 100-120 millions. I thinks at the least GGG deserve 20-25%. He IS the one with everything to lose. If Canelo loses he won't lose his fanbase and it propably wouldn't even hurt is career unless he takes such a beating he's not the same fighter after. And if Golden Boy don't want to negotiate anything but a flat fee its because they know the fight will make a lot more money and want all the marbles to themselves.

It's easy to say it's more money he ever did so he should take it but that's not how you negotiate.

That makes sense, but unfortunately, K2 don't negotiate like that. They think they are in the Pacquaio type seat and can get the same kind of deal Mayweather gave 8 division world champion, Manny Pacquaio. Manny deserved it, but Golovkin don't.

Alvarez Bumlovin is NOT the biggest fight in boxing. Alvarez Chavez is the MUCH bigger fight. Bumlovkin doesn't deserve anywhere near $15 mil...

Hell lets be honest here if they did accept the offer of 15 million all we would get is Oscar saying "Fantastic, fights on, oh wait just 1 more demand, Golovkin has to be blindfolded, blindfolded or no fight, right fights off thanks to Golovkin being a diva, we did try folks".

    Very true.
Chavez is well known, has a big fan base and will contribute a good percentage to the attendance of the fight.
Golovkin don't deserve $15M, so he should take the offer which is 300% more than he is worth.

    No need to know that.

A used car dealer doesn't ask Mercedes how much they earn per car and then try to negotiate their deal based on the supplier's net. Instead, the used car dealer takes what Mercedes gives them, and bes happy.

I'm a GGG fan but he really should take the best offer he can get, kick Canelo's butt, and then try to get the big paydays. No matter how great you are in today's climate, if you don't put the butts in the seats you aren't going to make the big money. GGG sells out arenas but his ppv numbers are not good and that is going to be held against him unless it changes and I don't see this Jacobs fight selling big. PPV climate is different since the May-Pac fiasco:aaaaa:

Wont this fight be for Golovkins belts? The champion usually gets the bigger cut, not saying GGG should get the bigger cut but surely thats just another reason why their cut shouldnt be so small.
