Good. I may grief on Wilder a fair bit for the obvious reasons but he went to Russia, he trained and he went to Russia. They lost alot of money on that cancelled fight. And why people have been defending the Russian on this must be nuts. He obviously had banned substances in his system or none of this would of happened.

He should receive a lifetime ban now.

The WBC ruled in letting him slip by on his meldomium positive test that if it was established in court that he took the substance after the Jan. 1 2016 ban went into effect, that it would consider it a Strike 1 drug fail. That is exactly what the jury ruled -- they heard all the expert testimony and found Povetkin's side to have no credibility (not enough to even debate for an hour).

Now he's had Strike 2.

And both B samples tested positive.

Indeed. Can't see him getting a dime though considering Povetkin will prob never step foot in the US again.

Personally I hope he does get the money as with 4m in the back he might finally develop the balls to take on the top guys knowing he's already financially set regardless of the outcome.
