Yes it's a cherrypick with Vegas judges, thanks for telling us.

If Alvarez is really offering 15 million, Golovkin better grab it and run. I don't see this fight making as much money as some think it will.

And yet he took a massively dangerous fight vs GGG which he was a massive underdog in. Probably he made way more money vs. GGG than he could have vs. Saunders or Eubank.

It doesn't make any difference what the odds were for that fight.

He should get paid depending on what he brings to the table.

It also doesn't matter what Ward got. The PPV figures would dwarf the Ward-Kovalev fight.

Okay that's fair I respect you say but my counter would be last ppv GGG did it only did 97k -120k so realistically he doesn't bring sh!t if we go by the numbers. We don't do business on guessing cause we are playing with millions so before you say we'll it would be the biggest fight we don't know that GGG only did 97k we go by what he did last time not what he's projected that further proves he doesn't deserve 15million let alone 10million.

Why do you keep spouting this sh*t?

Canelo also needs GG to make huge money.

He isn't fighting Floyd or Manny, so who else will give him the payday that a GG fight generates?

    It won't be Chavez.

Tell me who Canelo can fight if he doesn't fight GG, and GG goes on to beat Jacobs and BJS?

    You're completeley deluded.

    He's fighting Chavez at 165.

He won't be going back to 154 afterwards.

If he doesn't fight GG after Chavez, he's got nobody left to fight that's of relevance. The only guy would be BJS, if GG hasn't beaten him. But there's rumours of GG fighting him in June.

Fair enough, it's a big IF at the moment, but IF by September, GG has every belt, Canelo will have to fight him. Nobody really wants a Cotto rematch. The only other big fight out there would be a Chavez rematch, depending of course, on the outcome of their first fight in May.

Stop kidding yourself that Canelo has lots of great options.

GG has the option of moving up to SMW. Canelo's options are limited.

15 million is more than fair, I wouldn't have offered him anymore than 10 million.

Nobody wants to see a Cotto rematch, and what does Canelo do AFTER Chavez?

Once Jacobs and BJS have been taken out of the equation, Canelo's options are limited.

GG has the option of moving up.

    Where would Canelo go?

Because, unlike the Bumlovkinite crowd, I don't deal in alternative facts.

    No, he doesn't.

Canelo Chavez is bigger than Canelo Bumlovkin. Both Chavez and Canelo have a huge fanbase. Bumlovkin *doesn't*. Do the math, Einstein...

I see that proper grammar isn't a friend of yours...

Be sure to post the numbers for Bumlovkin's next PPV.

In a fight much bigger than a Canelo Bumlovkin PPV.

Bumlovkin had the option to move up for Ward but chose to instead play the roll of Daffy G Duck. There are NO big fights waiting for Bumlovkin @ 168. He'll have to go up to LHW if he wants a big fight - where nothing but severe ass-whippings await for him...

Good post, nobody cares for Cotto especially since he hasn't fought at all since last fight.
Rematch with Chavez would only happen if he won, there's a slim chance of that. If Canelo lost to Chavez I'd laugh my ass off.

He doesn't have more options than GG.

He doesn't always make more than GG does per fight.

GG is on the rise. His popularity is increasing with each fight.

Go and look at Canelo's PPV figures and his purses, without huge names like Cotto and Floyd.

Yes, he's more popular than GG. But his figures from the Smith fight prove he's not a superstar.

He can fight BJS, for whom he is the mandatory.

Canelo is what? 26 year old?

How old is Bumlovkin? He'll be 35 days after his next fight. Time isn't on his side.

Canelo, OTOH, can afford to wait....
