Where's everyone that said Wilder would lose? And that he'd have to pay Povetkin?

Yeah you are. You believe that drugs in sports should be legal.

Wilder hasn't won anything. Read my thread with Ryabinsky's words.

He's won. In the US the judge rarely dismisses the jury verdict and will rule accordingly, if he already hasn't. My guess is he delayed the final judgement to find a way so the Russians can't cheat from paying the damages.

Povetkin can appeal, but he'll lose again.

A nice victory for Wilder, and a deserved one. He should be compensated for his wasted time.

The more important matter, in my book, is this: Will he actually be able to collect on it, or will the victory remain symbolic only? That's the multi-million dollar question.

I think the second steroid test pretty much sealed the deal.

    GOOD

PEDvetkin and his 500-1 T/E levels needs to be banished from the sport

Great post :ARMS1: I'm not the biggest fan of Wilders character to say the least, but i'm glad to hear that the courts pulled through and gave Pedvetkin the treatment he deserves. It is the icing on top to hear that Wilders team were compensated for the dick around they experienced from Alexander and his team.

Sadly, a court verdict is the biggest win on Wilder's resume.
