Holy ****! It's an hour! If it's good, I'll watch it in pieces, but you gettin' greedy with other people's time.

Hey Rummy, whatever happened to those best fights for the 2000s, 90s, 80s decades surveys you were doing down in classics? Did those ever become videos? Why'd you stop? It would have been good to see people really explore the 50s 60s and 70s.

*15 minutes in this is pretty good.

Already liked the video twice and haven't even watched it yet! Likewise, I'll watch it later on when I have some more time.

Well, in fairness to me, that one took an insane amount of time to put together. I briefly considered breaking it into 10 parts, but I thought the whole was better than the sum of the parts, if that makes sense. Hope you enjoy the other 70%!

And those polls are still out there. I never turned them into videos, and since the forums were upgraded, it's more difficult to find older posts. But here's a summary of those surveys:

Watched the whole thing, thanks for making it.
March badness? LOL definitely a corny name for a fight.
Holyfield should have retired after his draw with Lennox

Thanks, and I agree. That was the perfect time for Holyfield to call it a day. While he did technically go on to win a major title for a record 4th time, the Ruiz trilogy was terrible, and Holyfield arguably lost that fight, and the belt should never have been up for grabs when Lewis faced Grant, who was perceived as a far greater threat.

Holyfield's 90s ledger is awesome. He lost a few, but he was still physically gifted enough in the 90s that his physicality matched his warrior spirit. Watching his fights post-Lewis was always hard to watch, as he was struggling with guys that he would likely have tuned up in his younger years.

    Wow. Awesome video. Thanks.

I wasn't watching boxing during the 90's as I was too young and I didn't have HBO... Got really caught up with the history though.

Is it just me or does it seem like it was also one of the most bizarre periods of boxing? Fan man, the Golota incidents, Mercery trying to pay off Ferguson mid match, the ear biting and Rahman getting KO'd like that lol. Great video though.

Maybe you should make a montage of it, so the people with less time can have the info inside 30 seconds. There's a
Rocky mention in it after all

Thank you, and yes, it was definitely a bizarre time in the heavyweight division!
