If Ward requested Kovalev at 171 it would have been a duck on Wards part. Should Kovalev had fought him at 171? Why didn't ggg agree on 168 like he did for Froch and Chavez.

Amen. It's literally the only thing discussed on here. The only thing to stop it is to not get drawn into meaningless discussions about what everybody's paycheck should be.

In real life I will never pay for a mismatch, but as much as i loathe the PPV model i will reward good matchups by hitting the buy button. It is the only way I can protest so that's what I do.

Isal hasn't grown as a fan (Or a person) of boxing in 10+ years. He posts exactly the same, and shows the same undying love for GBP and canelo as rabidly and devoted as he did for Oscar back then. Except for that when the fight was discussed, Ward said "no". That's a fact. Ward outweighs him by 15lb and still didn't take the fight.
