Lol that was a typo. I meant to write isn't. Hence the but. Obviously Lebedev has way more miles on his clock than Glowacki does. Yes we'll get to see plenty of these great matchups at CW in the future.
I'd still favor Lebedev to beat Glowacki... Glowacki is no Gassiev, and not as if Lebedev was completely outclassed last time out.
Me too. I'd favour Lebedev to beat Glowacki fairly confidently and I'd favour the pre Gassiev one even more strongly. Gassiev vs Lebedev was a close fight.
Lebedev hit Gassiev with a shot that got his attention in one of the later rounds. Gassiev stopped punching for a bit then recovered.
Yeah I remember that shot it was the one time he really stopped Gassiev in his track, I'm not saying Lebedev isn't a puncher I'm saying his style for that fight was more of the boxer mould whereas I expect Glowacki to get into a war with Gassiev.
I wasn't really impressed with Glowacki's ring iq against Usyk. Some things that were working that he kept going away from. Gassiev as well tends to plod and take unnecessary shots (cause I guess his chin is that good) which could lose rounds if he's not careful. Lebedev was reeling and looking like he was using all his energy to stay upright against Gassiev, hard to win rounds like that. Should be a good fight if it's made. I am favoring Gassiev but it's no foregone conclusion.
Good breakdown couldn't disagree with you, although I could not see anyway that Glowacki could of beaten Usyk and Gassiev would get undressed in a similar fashion. I'm going for Gassiev by stoppage but it's only due to him being the fresher of the two.
Polish fighters are always there for a good, entertaining fight. That's what boxing should be like, where no one is afraid of a loss.
