Alex might be overjoyed to hear that, until he realised he confused a serving of justice with his next dose of JUICE-tice. Another potential lost in translation for PEDvetkin if he comes to America.

After the judgement is passed Povetkin and his promoter won't be coming to America no more. No US bank accounts and no properties in their names or it can be seized for payment.

I dislike any massive drug cheats or statistical manipulators, and it's no fault of mine that Russia has a Drug and Stat cheating culture (Povetkin & K2).
The facts are in and universal. I am not in the wrong.

Savinova strikes me as another candidate.

It would crush me personally if I cheated. Life would be grey.

Have there ever happened before that someone has sued a opponent because of a cancelled fight because of any reason?
I understand that Pov tested positive, but for me it is not right that Wilder will get that money without any boxing at all.

http://www.reuters.com/article/us-donking-lawsuit-idUSKBN0L62AF20150202 It was this cause that many thought Wilder was sure to win and he did.

He will say the medicine came from bad beef and that's the only way it could have gotten into his system.

American court, Povetkin appealed the decision......................

It is Wilder who is the damned cheat, 5 voluntary title defenses in a row against winos from the alley! Who else can get away with that?

What I don't understand is why this decision can be made in court. The jury surely didn't know what meldonium was prior to this trial lol.

Very true, they see a Russian and think, "American Enemy" communist, etc., Povetkin is a boxer, not a politician..............look what the judges did to Kovalev and they plan to cheat Golovkin in Jacob's home town, Ward is helping train him, Jacob's judges, referee, boxing commission, etc. Kovalev should easily beat Ward in court, the clause is in the contract........

They had a chemist as a juror member, plus it's really not that hard of a case all you have to do is talk to a manafacturer of meldonium and use common sense. If someone tests negative one day after they positive then later they test negative that's usually a case that they took it quite close to the positive test.

I don't think Ward would be dumb enough to stay active with all 3 belts if he doesn't rematch Kovalev. He has 3 choices rematch Kovalev, retire or vacate that's it.

Actually that isn't how it works. For meldonium it is not clear how long it stays in your system and other factors can influence how much of it shows up in your system. Also, simply having a chemist as a juror isn't the same as other scientists that probably have a greater understanding of the subject saying that the meldonium was a non-issue.
