You forget that although Golovkin is going on 40 years old, Canelo is still very much wet behind ears at a young 26 years old. Why should he rush when he has all the time in the world.
It's amazing how much Canelo has achieved being so young, right?
Farmy, can you remember back in 1908 when you were 26?

Golovkin is not 40, he was 34 last I checked, but El Pollo is nothing but chicken manure! He gave up his title rather than fight Golovkin, Oscar knew better.....................said he could not fight at 160, too big for him, yet his title was 160 lb. title and he is going to fight Chavez at 164.5, but 160 is too big for him? El Pollo always fights smaller fighters. Golovkin knocked Rubio out in the second round, Rubio was 168 and was 6 feet 1 inches tall. Jacobs is 6 feet 1 inches tall, will have his judges, referee, boxing commission, etc., SOB he helping to teach him how to cheat, headbutt, hold, etc. his plan is to try to knock Golovkin out, but if he gets hurt, he will grab Golovkin's leg, hold, headbutt, etc., all he has to do is be standing at the end of the fight no matter how many times he gets knocked down, American judges, no neutral judges allowed, SOB knows that trick very well. SOB is trying to get out of rematch after Kovalev beat his arse, look at his cheating face...............

I apologize. I assumed incorrectly that your eyesight for reading was at least 20% of normal, so please allow me to repeat my initial comment.
    Golovkin is GOING ON 40!
GBP says that Canelo will fight Golovkin this year, probably in the fall.
Golovkin will hit the 35 year old mark in a couple months (April), while Canelo will hit the big 27 in July, this year.
This explains why K2 is in such a hurray while GBP is in no real hurray. Canelo has at least over a decade of remaining boxing life, if he so chooses.

I'll tell you something you don't seem to know Farmy.
Golovkin has absolutely no advantage over Canelo, and as time goes on, he is more and more at a negative disadvantage.
I'll explain why in a different thread. Stay tuned.

El Pollo is waiting until Golovkin is 50! Don't forget El Pollo walks around much heavier than Golovkin..............El Pollo can't fight 3 minutes per round, he has to take time off, but Golovkin has stamina to go 12 rounds easily, hits much harder than Smith, no contest, Lara beat El Pollo, so did Trout...........

Canelo fans boast about his earnings because his exploits in the ring are not spectacular
1,, Ok he fought Mayweather but got humiliated & embarrassed
2.. He fought Lara got the decision but many thought he lost the fight
3.. Same with Austin Trout won a very contraversial decision
5.. Ok he beat Cotto in a close decision Who hasn't beaten Cotto ??
6.. KO'd Khan but was being easily out boxed till that punch landed
What top fighter has he dominated & beaten ?? No One Because like his mentor Mayweather he's avoided them

That would be a good strategy to wait until Golovkin is 45. Golovkin has been cheating by fighting bums just to remain unexposed and to break BHOP's record so it's only fair that someone cheats him in the end.
As it stands, I'm positive Canelo can beat Golovkin right now, but to wait a while longer assures him will not only beat him, but likely KO him. Great strategy.

The fact is that everyone of those names are better than anyone Golovkin has fought. A level of quality that Golovkin feared to face and probably never will. This is how Golovkin will be known in his legacy.

Thankfully you have set us right - I never knew Golovkin is now going on 40 - I thought he was only 34 which would make him going on 35 but how can you argue against such flawless logic?

So Canelo is 27 going on 20 (I figure as you inflate GGG's age so you must exaggerate how young Canelo is) and was so afraid of an old man that he vacated a world championship. Got it.

If he is that easy line up American fighters for a piece of the pie.

Unfortunately your talking the same **** that most of the MW division has used - the fans aren't fooled by a Liam Smith legacy.

In any country 35 is a lot closer to 40 than 26. This is true in any language.
Not to mention Golovkin doesn't seem to age gracefully. He looked close to 40 against Brook with all those wild windmills hitting air he threw.
Canelo vacated the title simply because he didn't need it. Even without it he earns more prize money than Golovkin earns with 3 titles. Get it?

If it makes you feel better just believe that Golovkin is just holding on and storing those titles for Canelo until he decides to claim them, which he eventually will.

In any country that comprehends mathematics 34 ain't 35 and it sure ain't 40. Numeracy obviously isn't your strong suit and the rest of your post is a prime example of fanboy $$$ worship and PPV-itis which makes this sport increasingly fringe and cringe worthy these days.
Know how much of any of these over paid PPV clowns $$$ you are gonna get - here's the bad news, fark all.

Hey guys don't forget Oscar ducked out scared to fight himself......
When Margarito-Cotto 1 was announced Oscar bragged he wanted the winner as his final fight as he said " To go out in a blaze of glory" ROFL He soon changed his mind when he saw what Tony did to Cotto & backed away. He wanted nothing to do with Tony. Karma raised its head tho when he chose little Manny Pacquaio as his " blaze of glory" LOL Oscar got humiliated & beat It made my day but sadly it led to the railroading of Tomy Margarito's career & good name

Haha I remember that. Oscar then said, "Maybe I'll fight Paul Williams instead, since he beat Margarito..." and then silence.
