Because styles make fights as is always the case. Just cos Khan is a walking KO doesn't mean he wouldn't have been able to give Floyd a different look. Khan had natural advantages over Floyd.

It's basically 'look how bad a chin Khan has got, I don't have to fight him' reasoning. Khan could make any fighter look VERY bad when he's in the groove (which isn't very often I admit) and everyone knows it.

    Like what?

    Speed?

He doesn't have a longer reach than Floyd.

What natural advantages? He's taller that's it. He doesn't have longer reach nor is he faster so what natural advantages are you talking about?:deal:

He's rangier is what I mean. The reach and the speed combined.

Also, if Khan tries to clinch, he'll have to deal with Floyd's better inside game.

Um, no he isn't. Floyd has a longer reach.

Mayweather is 5'7 with a 70 inch reach at most. There is no way he has the same reach as Conor McGregor - McGregor's reach states 74 inches but it was actually measured as 72 inches on a video.
    Here's a pic http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2016/03/03/01/31CA1E7C00000578-0-image-a-4_1456967620284.jpg
Khan definitely looks 5'8.5 ish and definitely looks like he has a longer reach, and @Work the body has it conceptually correct by making clear that Khan is the rangier with the reach and speed combined.

Khan is faster than Floyd and always gets off first. Front runner. That's why Floyd avoided him cos he wasn't worth the hassle.

But he's not rangier. He doesn't have the reach advantage and he can't control range and dictate distance like PBF can. PBF can fight better on the outside than Khan can i won;t even get into inside or mid range. Khan looks fast kinda like Pac when throwing in combination but he would look slower in the ring with PBF because PBF has better reflexes he can throw one punch faster than Khan can and beating him to the punch and that's the more usable type of speed in a fight.

PBF has a 72 inch reach man log off.

You know, at the time when he chose Maidan over Khan I did think it was a bit of a duck. But Maidana was more deserving and Khan woulda got beat anyway. Floyd not fighting Khan has been the best thing to happen to Khan as it's all he goes on about

Idk if he ducked him but I think he could beat Floyd. If it wasn't for Khan's chin, he would be great. Khan has never been outboxed, only knocked out and Floyd has no knockout power or killer instinct at welterweight
