Okay...scorecard check time. Lots of rounds so far have been split down the middle so far, and that's fine, but anybody that gave Broner the eighth is exposed for trolling.

Broner is bang average, has there ever been such an average multi weight world champion?

 

Brilliant right hand counter uppercuts by Broner, but was he too sporadic? I'll give it to Broner. I missed a few early rounds but I think he's edging it.

Granados is putting his head down and marching his way in past Broner's jabs and two-armed pushes. Granados is getting held every time he gets close. Broner blasts him with a counter left hook coming up from a melted pose, spine gone slack and forehead buried in Granados' chest. Granados is angered, responding with a flurry of punches but none landing as Broner turns out his shoulder and wraps his arm over himself, twisting away.
