He fought Brook , Wade and Munroe.. All lesser fights than Lara.. Hell , Lara would be a better fight then Geale who he won the WBA super off.

 

He went fully on his bike all fight because thats his style.. Canelo's body work had ZERO effect on him and he banged on his ribs all night.

 

Except Wade got paid 500k to face GGG, Lara would have never agreed to that.

 

Brook and Monroe beat Lara. Canelo got the W over him and Canelo is overrated as all heck.

 

It really doesn't matter. Sturm was never the Man @ 160...

 

But that's the thing. Lara wants a big payday but doesn't do anything to earn it.

Golovkin is pushing his brand nonstop, making the relevant fights, challenging for belts etc etc. He fights in a way that is clearly detrimental to his health but exciting to watch.

Lara has his yearly Golovkin tweet and fights by throwing a dozen punches a round and running like a rabbit the rest of the time. GTFOH.

 

There can only be one champion at a time and in order to be the Man you have to BEAT the Man..
