Prime Vitali beats Fury IMHO, he's just a bit too tough. Bear in mind that it was a close fight with an old Wlad, and prime Vitali is clearly better H2H than a 40-year old version of his brother.

No. Vitali would have walked through Fury's punches like a machine to land his own. Vitali would not have fought cautiously had he somehow found himself behind in the fight. He would have let those hands go, winning by clear decision over the Fury that beat Wlad.
