Please do everyone a favor finally. You're not wanted here, your opinions smell worse than your breath. You have no friends, no spouse, you're unemployed, you have no money. You're constantly angry, no one wants you, no one likes you. You're uneducated, you have a criminal record, you have been a failure you're entire life. You have addictions to drugs and alcohol, which only provide a temporary escape from the horror story that is your life. You have lived 38 miserable years, and you have a chip on your shoulder the size of Fort Knox. Now please we're tired of your childish little rants, just end it already.

I'd probably say Dempsey and that's it.

Many men have a chance but I wouldn't pick them to beat him aside from Dempsey.

If I criticised a fighter on here it wouldn't be cos of the colour of his skin. That would never come in to it for me. It was watching Ali , frazier and foremen that got me into boxing many moons ago and guess what.. I'm white so colour of a guys skin means jack **** to me.

And people of ANY colour or race can be rascist.
Thankfully we live in more enlightened times these days.
My answer to the original question , is NO.

Racism is becoming passé. Nobody in the sophisticated world really gives a **** any more.

BH is like a remnant from another time. A time that is now irrelevant.

I have to admire him though. He somehow ducked the same ban guillatine that caught Mcvey and Uf.

I might add Holyfield to that group. Can't think of anybody else though.

Only white people can be racist? On its face, this is a racist comment, which it makes it all the more ironic.

I think he means how can he be a pro-white racist being a non white person?
(BH accuses all Marciano promoters to be white, and racist)

He is both over and underrated.

What he achieved in his day, given his gifts, was monumental.

How it is perceived today, and in relation to how the game has changed, is at times laughable.

He's really hard to evaluate imho. On the one hand he's a relative midget in relation to the SHWs of today. On the other hand he hit damn hard for his size and had better stamina than any HW currently competing. Then again, I look at (for example) Lewis and Wlad's power punches and struggle to imagine a little guy eating those shots and surviving. Yet some people say that somebody like Louis could be a top fighter today, and considering Marciano beat (a faded version of) him ... :confundio1:

I honestly still strongly believe that the full scope of his abilities aren't translating through the media quality and production value of the day.

These days, fans appreciate when a boxer tries to make a fight. Marciano damn near tries to throw a haymaker every time his opponents throws a jab. Just his style alone would make fans really excited.

And if he's landing on opponents the way he did in the 50's, imagine the photos and footage of the incredible and freakish knockouts. He would be making mainstream sports headlines regularly.
