    I'm struggling tonight lads, I think I overdid the weight session this morning, I do a little bit every day but nothing major, keep fit, anyway things got a little out of hand when my son started throwing the weights around with me, so my old ego kicked in and I tried to out lift him.

    The problem being he is taller than me, broader than me, boxed for 6 years and still works out very regularly, fit as a flea and is ripped.

    Me, I'm married, 3 children, really like fruit cake and to be honest rather lazy these days (have to say though I'm still slim and trim though)

    I think there a moral to that story somewhere but I can't find it, but anyway my ego and my son kicked my backside today so I'm sore and humbled.

    The moral of the story is why lift weights when you have to put them right back down...!!! Do what I do, drink beer, don't worry about your weight and live a happy, yet drunk, live...!!!
