Since Jeffries was never hit by a big punching super heavyweight we don't really know if he could absorb Wilders shots. Super middleweight Fitz cut Jeffries face to ribbons before smashing his hands to uselessness, the fight would very probably have been stopped today. reports stated that ,had they been the same size and age ,[Fitz was 12 years the older man], Fitz would have won.
Wilder has about 55lbs /60 lbs on Fitz, over 7 inches in height and 11.5 inches in reach plus he would not be nearly 40 years old and coming out of a 2 years retirement.
Wilder did not look impressive against Washington, but he was fighting a 6'6" young guy with around 240lbs of muscle on him.Jeffries at 6'and around 210,would not be the big bully in this fight.

Typical false information. Jeffries around 210? More like an average of 220 for his title fights and closer to 6'1 1/2" tall.

If he was around today, 230 in shape for sure. But if 210 or under means a lot to you, just say Johnson, Louis, Dempsey and others are just too small to match up with Wilder!

Wilder fights nobodies. Fitz was a lethal puncher, and the gloves they used back then 4-6 ounces might make him hit harder than Wilder does in 12-ounce gloves. Nat F said Fitz was the best KO puncher of all time, over Louis and Dempsey. Wilder has yet to score one stoppage vs a top ten opponent.

Washington is a garden variety big man these days. Jefferies is faster, hits harder, and would not blink from a Wilder shot. But we know Wilder is a string bean type with a glass jaw, and 18" legs, and not very coordinated either.

Just imagine what Jeffries does to him with a hook to his body or head.

This thread will be bumped once Wilder fights someone decent and not old.

This match up[ is Jeffries v Wilder
Jeffries was measured at 6feet even, Ed Morbius has several times posted it and Box Rec have amended their original estimate to comply with that . Jeffries verified weights in those title fights are as follows.
    Fitzsimmons1 206lbs .weight advantage =39lbs
    Sharkey2. 210lbs.weight advantage=27lbs
    Corbett 1 .218lbs.weight advantage=230lbs
    Ruhlin 2. 218lbs.weight advantage =18lbs
    Fitzsimmons 2. 219lbs.weight advantage=47lbs
    Corbett 2 . 219lbs.weight advantage=27lbs
Jeffries did not weigh in for either the Finnegan or Munroe fights,so those that we have verified give us an average of 215lbs and at no time was Jeffries a verified 220lbs.

Once Wilder fights some one not old? Has he fought anybody who was nearly 40 and coming out of two years retirement yet, someone whom he out weighed by 47lbs? LOL!!!!

This matchup is Jeffries v Wilder if you want to postulate about how other champs do against Wilder start a thread on it .
Now your silly points have been exploded ,we await further nonsense from you.

Hmm the good old and legendary heavyweight boxing god Adamek who beat a 47.5 !!! years old bum Saleta
looks so impressive. Adamek's 55% ko record means nothing considering this record includes his light heavyweight
    and cruiserweight kos.
Ok Adamek has some heavyweight kos the shot 41 years old Golota,47.5 years old unforgettable
Saleta, the bum Maddalone (it wasn't a brutal ko because Maddalone's corner asked),the bum Travis Walker
(who knocked this awesome Adamek down in the 2nd round.) That's all. This is Adamek's breathtaking heavyweight
    ko list.
    Adamek couldn't knock out Estrada,Arreola,Grant(what a chin!),shot McBride, Vitali klitschko,Aguilera,
    Chambers,Cunningham,Guinn,Glazkov,Szpilka,Molina.
I think he had 16 heavyweight fights and only 4 ko wins(41 years old shot Golota,47.5 years old Saleta,Maddalone,T. Walker . Maybe you call this "respectable" i can't .
4:16=0.25 25% heavyweight ko. Where is the 55% "respectable" ko record ? Maybe in your skull.

Funny some brainwashed men how die for the big superheavweights...Otherwise Wilder isn't SHW
last time he was only 222 lbs for his 6'7" height considering the only 5'10" Tyson was 221 pounds against Tucker
in 1987 and 234 lbs on the Lewis fight. Wilder is a complete joke with his pathetic skinny legs.
