    who wins this thriller?

Two genuine World champions here. Both super heavyweight by modern standards. Both good over the distance.

Primo could actually give fury a bit of a tough tussle. Fury not really being tested as such but I'll go with fury in a bit of a mauling scrap

Fury. He's a way better boxer than I'd ever given him credit for.

I picked Fury over Wlad because of his Size, pace, youth and that he had championship experience at a lower level having done 12 rounds. So I have faith in him that when circumstance allow Fury has what it takes with the right kind of opponent. But what always really stood out for me was Furys pace for such a big guy.

The question is, he is a drugs cheat. How much is Tyson Furys natural talent versus the enhanced physical performance earlier fighters did not have access to?

Primo was a good boxer at championship level too. I'm not talking about when he had a broken ankle or before he was rated. I'm talking about the guy who fought a lot and beat real contenders like Sharkey, uzcudun, Neusel, Schaff, Loughran, Laskey. Nobody credits him for it but it was really only two exceptional punchers that exposed him, everybody else struggled with him so there is no shame in that.

Tyson Fury is good enough to win but only in top shape, and with the PEDs. If not and it's a level playing field I pick Primo.

Are you saying blow is a performance enhancer?

Either way, Fury clowns him. Far more mobility and speed and science... and he seems to have a mean streak that I rather like.

Fury tested positive for nandrolone as well as coke.

"Tyson Fury submitted to a random urine test Sept. 22, ... In a UKADA drug test, Fury tested positive for the banned steroid Nandrolone in an earlier fight, ..."

    It was a joke.

I remember reading this. What was up? He ran out of Winstrol? Seriously, who is his adviser or "doctor"? Nandrolone is ancient (and easily detectable) stuff.

I know it was a joke.
I know nothing about PED's,so I dont know what is detectable and what isn't.Apparently neither does Fury.

I dont see anymore science from Fury than I have seen Primo exhibit. Remember, Tyson is the guy who famously punched himself in the face missing the target.

The speed and mobility edge you are giving Fury here, even with the PEDs, isn't even negligible.

You have to remember Primo was trying to nail faster guys.

I'd say theres a good chance that PEDs are the only difference.

Fury is too unproven so it is very hard to say.

He has beaten Chisora, Johnson, Hamer, Cunningham and Wlad all of whom have held a world ranking.

You could argue his resume is better than Carnera's.

But we don't know how good he is. He night never win again he might already be past his best.

Gun to my head I pick Fury to out box from range.
