    you fixed nothing...you cant fix tonys career or his eye...both are done.....you cant go back and erase old shane putting that whooping on him......you cant erase cotto, on an even playing field, giving tony that WORK!

    its all about the art of boxing until we have to discuss why golovkin didnt fight ward...or why 15 million deal isnt one golovkin should take......then the art of boxing goes out the window

    Tony's career & his good name were tarnished by a blatant lie then they had to CHEAT him to beat him
    Since Ive known him Tony has only been LEGITIMATELY beaten by Paul Williams in a close one & Manny Pacquaio, If you gotta cheat to steal a win is it still a legitimate win?? No way in hell

    I think you're confusing him with Cotto. Cotto paid step-aside fees. Canelo only held that title for about 6 months, not "like a year". The fact is Canelo was Golovkin's mandatory (the Cotto / Canelo winner to be precise) before he even won the MW TItle, which is highly unusual and frankly unheard of, creating the ridiculous situation that ensued.
