The same could be said about Wilder in the US, and Wilder has never been part of an event like tonight. He needs to prove himself against Bellew.
I don't think Bellew would pick Wilder over a Haye rematch, but is Haye even going to fight again? He's going to have surgery, I have my doubts. Wilder is a huge fight if the rematch don't happen.
Wilder nearly killed Szpilka with a right hand. Bellew, who's even smaller than Szpilka, might actually die if he got hit by a Wilder right hand.
Yet they both took home VASTLY bigger purses than anything Wilder has made. Not bad for a part-time fighter and a fat cruiser.
Doesn't matter, styles make fights. Bellew would also probably knock out Szpilka. Doesn't say anything about the outcome between Wilder and Bellew.
Eddie wants the fight in Liverpool, Goodison Park stadium. This fairytale ain't over yet. Wilder would be stupid not to accept this. The $$$$ is going to be huge. Sellout Stadium + PPV
I havn't been a wilder fan lately but if this does happen go wilder can't stand eddie hearn or most of his fighters besides dave allen and Ortiz anyway.
Two fat sloppy ass 34 and 36 year olds fighting a cherry picked non irrelevant fight that only true Brits wanted to see lol...
Just read the Thread. If you dont think Hearn could make this sell out Goodison park (45k Capicity) You dont know British Boxing. This is an extremely easy fight to sell to the british public. Bellew going for the fairytale career ending winning Heavyweight title. Wilders biggest pay day ever.
Love that everyone is STILL writing off Bellew, say what you want about injuries before this supposedly happened Haye was hardly beating him up, Bellew was the better, tougher on the night and would be against this fraud Wilder as well. Bellew should avoid the top heavyweights like Joshua,Klitschko,Ortiz... but he'd flatten Wilder
