This would be a tear up, it could go either way.
I just think Barkley is the slightly
more durable of the two and would stop Tony late.

 

Would be a ding dong of a battle. Can see both been down at some point.. Can see your view of barkley Been more durable . if Tony can get him early then he stands a good chance of stopping him. The longer the fight goes I see more chance of Iran blasting Tony to the canvas. But not one for the faint hearted.

 

I'd pick Barkley to wear him down.

 

Barkley stopped by Benn in 1 and before he landed that desperate punch to ko Hearns he
was taking terrible punishment and the fight was close to being stop on cuts. Ib later had
to get plastic surgery after fight.
Sibson was unlucky to fight Hagler at his best. He later said that his performance against Sibson
was his best and that TS hit him as hard as any of his opponents. TS had under rated skills and
was like a mw Jerry Quarry. Midlands strongman in a war by 12 rounds decision.

Just to be different.....going with Sibo in a mild upset if the fight is in the UK.

 

Sibbo of course by points. i think Iran is durable enough to last the distance but Sibbo was a terrifying fighter and would easily outhustle Iran

 

Sibbo was BETTER than Quarry - by far! This man had the artillery and I loved that jab and head movement coming in. This man was for real!

I really aren't confident to pick either way. Barkley was a massive middleweight and bigger than Sibson but Sibson was tough and could hit harder than people think. I reckon Sibson was more skilled but neither excelled in that area.

I see a genuine give and take war that goes to the wire with two evenly matched, stout, big hearted men slugging it out. I lean towards Barkley due to his size and toughness but with absolutely zero confidence. Sibson could really go.

I think Barkely would win. He has the size advantage, similar build to "Dangerous" Don Lee, who took Sibson apart. Minter was at the end of his rope when he lost to Sibson.
