If GGG turns down 15 Mil flat fee guarentee against Canelo, is it a duck?!

That would be stupid. He won't make near that much fighting anyone else and there is no way that PPV generates him any more money than that.

its not stupid - because it could be a flat 15m with no ppv share
also canelo might be making 40m for the fight

i get the idea ggg is pushing for 50/50 or 60/40 split - a fair share

Good question. If both win and K2's money demands are the only thing which stop the fight from happening IMHO.

But GBP should also be willing to offer 75-25, that's the standard mandatory split (even though GGG is the champ) and therefore the very minimum GGG deserves.

That's right, less talk and more action would be perfect.

    50/50 60/40 loool
ggg ppv did less than 100k ,
canelos has sold millions of ppvs
ggg should ask 20% and be thankful if canelo accepts

Yes, but there won't be any action until after Canelo-Chavez Jr at the earliest IMHO.

Canelo won't want to risk hurting his ppv buys by announcing Canelo-GGG for September 2017 just before the fight, but he and GGG both want to keep the potential fight in the headlines to build it up. So it'll be talk, talk, talk for a while yet I'm afraid.

So it's a successful businessman vs boxing middleweight champion. Is that what you're saying? Not everyone lives in the world ruled by green paper, so no, GGG doesn't have to ask and be thankful about anything. He needs to fight Jacobs and get Saunders in the ring. If Canelo wants to get rich(er) and a shot at them titles, he's more than welcome to do so the traditional way.

15M is FAIR with regards to the purse only, the problem is the PPV upside and all.
Give 30 - 35% to GGG, Canelo will still make huge amount of money. 100M++

Canelo will even have the advantage because, he will make good money on Chavez Jr.
fight will have more leverage in negotiations.

Give GGG a % of the PPV.

EXACTLY!! GGG is the champion Canelo brings nothing to the table. That so called Ring ( Oscars) lineal title is worthless GGG deserves a fair reward

El Pollo has already ducked Govlovkin. El Pollo is half chicken and half duck! No doubt about it!
