With Wilder being shown up in the ring now twice by Szpilka and Washinton I am surprised to hear that people think Wilder could actually beat Wladimir, even the aged Wlad. Wladimir has proved far too elusive during the last decade for Wilder to land a bomb on, even in his loss to Fury, and I think Wlad's chin is also underrated. I think if anyone will be landing bombs, it will be Klitschko with leaping left hooks and straight rights when he had Wikder against the ropes. I think even this version of Wlad KO's Wilder in the middle rounds. Do you think Wladimir has really declined that much Wilder could beat him? Who do you think wins and why?
Wlad. Even the suck version of Wlad is levels above Washington and he hits like a truck. Wilder had best make sure his hospital plan is paid up.
It entirely depends on what he has left in the tank. If his last two fights are indicative of that, then fighting AJ is his retirement fight. If he still has some gas left I reckon he could starch Joshua.
The problem is that while Wilder is really amateurish and will almost always lose a round in terms of pure boxing, his haphazard windmill punches come out of nowhere and are always enough to bail him out. It's a mockery of the sport that someone so clumsy has such a winning record.
Even old and tired Waldo would destroy Wilder. Healty Doontei is as clumsy as one legged Haye last saturday.
