So Pacquiao and Bradley can't fight outside of Top Rank but they won't fight Crawford?

    Why?
    Pacquiao is trying to fight Khan, Garcia, and Broner, so that excuse of promotional beefs is dead and gone. Everyone in boxing recognizes the King, Al Haymon as the undisputed "advisor" of boxing. 3-0 in lawsuits, no losses ,no ties. KO GBP, KO Top Rank, KO Main Events!!!

    Now that the trolling is out of me why can't these guys fight Crawford if they are not going to fight PBC guys. Bradley is just sitting around the desert eating burritos and getting fat, he could fight Crawford for a couple of million, maybe get a fight with the Berto vs Porter winner, Al don't care.
    Top Rank is putting up these PPV fights with no namers outside of the hardcore community, when they could work with Haymon and get the same money wit more exposure fighting on regular cable or TV. Bradley still has the goods bar losing to Manny, why is he hiding out waiting for HBO fighters?
    Crawford needs an opponent for May 30th and there are not many guys not signed to Haymon around his division above and below. I don't see Crawford sticking with Arum too long ,just like the rest of the guys who have jumped ship to super stardom. I like the way Arum builds guys but his time at making superstars are long gone.

    Good question, why no Pacquaio - Crawford? Because:
    1. Bob is not 100% sure that Crawford beats Pacquaio convincingly. If Pacquaio happened to win a boring fight, or Crawford gets KO'ed, Bob loses his next big star (Crawford).
    2. Bob thinks there's still quite a lot of money to be made with Pacquaio before feeding him to Crawford.

    No idea what Bradley is up to, so won't comment there.

    Bradley won't fight Crawford because they are boys but that shouldn't stop Pac from fighting Crawford.

    The vacuum left by FMJ in the sport is there to be filled, Crawford should be the one who is chasing Pac, get in the press calling him out relentlessly to cement himself at the pinnacle of boxing. If Arum won't help make this happen he absolutely should look to jump ship, to the good ship Haymon!

    I hate this 'we boys tho' sht. Danny Jacobs seems a decent sort but it didn't stop him trying to decapitate his boy Quillin.

    I understand but its business and boxing. I've seen friends and blood brothers fight in the streets and be friends afterwards. I don't see an excuse there.

    Like when he beat old Oscar ,right? Was that not a pass the torch, cash fight for a non million PPV selling Pacquiao at the time? He can't extend the branch to another fighter? He is no different from Floyd then, so no one better call Floyd a coward again because Manny is one too.

    He has alot of fights booked in Cali building guys up and keeping them active on a small level. Who was Gilberto Ramirez 2 years ago? Now he is building him as a threat at SAME. Got Loma out there fast, got Crawford acquainted with the hardcore, built legends at that promotion, but it's over.

    Arum is full of it. The Algieri vs Pac fight was boring. The Pac vs Bradley III fight wasn't that good either. Pac vs Rios was boring. Pac vs Clottey was boring. But now Pac can't fight Thurman? Pac vs Thurman would be a good fight, due to Thurman's lack of defense, and it is a fight that Pac can win. Thurman has seemed to regress a bit. I'd favor Pac. Not sure why Arum would claim that Pac won't be fighting Thurman or the Brook vs Spence winner. It seems like he is just being a bitter old man.

    I would say the likelihood of ANY promoter creating a huge boxing star is next to nill. Not Top rank, not GBP, not PBC.
