Floyd should fight Thurman

Better than facing that MMA guy.

 

Floyd should stay where the **** he is at. The reason we even got some of these 147 fights booked is because he is gone. Fighters ,even Manny Pacquiao, w were sitting around like welfare queens waiting for Floyd to choose them for a fight and get a check and a UD loss.

I got much respect for Floyd but, I don't want him to ever lace them up for anything serious ever again. If Manny ain't gonna fight ,then he should drop that Top Rank bought WBO belt that everyone ignores and retire too.

**** him Cotto, Bradley, Khan, Mosley and Mayweather. They can all duck sick. Holding up the young breed for greed.​

 

Mayweather is running around miss promoting his talent , talking smack about guys who actually face beast, like Ward, all the while Micky Bet is working at the In N Out burger joint on Tropicana.
I'm serious!! **** Floyd's fake comeback. Why does anyone want to see this guy hold 4 divisions hostage again? If he came back 135,140,147,154, and probably 160 goes into grid lock.
That means Mikey Garcia, Crawford, Thurman,Spence,Broke,Porter, Khandashian, Pacquiao, Hurd, Golovkin, Canelo etc all freeze up for nothing.

 

If Floyd came back to fight Thurman in Sept there's a good chance Thurman would stop him. Too much inactivity, and he's over 40.

Khan and Bradley arent really old yey but I agree. If Floyd was still around fights like Thurman and Garcia wouldnt happen because theyd be scared of losing and missing the Mayweather fight. Also if Mayweather comes back and beats Thurman that will kill interest in the welterweight divisiom since the best would not be good enough. On the other hand if Floyd lost itd be another case of a fighter not walking away at the right time

 

Out with the old, in with the new.

 

If he's still able to produce at the top level - why not? I don't care if he comes back, just don't so long as it isn't McGregor, that farce would damage the credibility of both sports.

 

Floyd should or could but there is no way he would.
After the MayPac fiasco, the only fight that will entice Mayweather to risk his zero is a fight that at least will clear 2M ppv.
That leaves 2 viable options only:
1. May Pac 2, after the first fight ended a dud, it will be hard to sell the rematch unless Pac can put on a spectacular knock out prior to that.
2. The winner of Cannelo-GGG.
We have a hard time even to get that fight happening, so the chances are really slim in the distant future.

I am happy to see Floyd retire, he has achieve whatever needed in the sport. One of the most financially successful athlete of all time.

 

Floyd will never come back. He's done and he knows it.

 

He should huh?. . . .He is 40 years old and retired. . . .Maybe Sugar Ray Leonard, Oscar De La Hoya or Thomas Hearns too?

Lets not forget that when that cherry picker beat an old pac man he had a chance to face Brook and become undisputed but instead, dropped the belts to face Berto bahwahahaha

 

Even at 40, he can beat Thurman - hands down.

 

Yes but if Thurman were to win especially by stoppage he becomes a household name over night and becomes a big money fighter the same way Floyd and Manny did after beating Oscar. Floyd coming out of retirement to fight him is the best thing that could happen to Thurman. I hope he responds to floyds comments as id rather see that fight then floyd fighting Tools ohoolihan.
