Morrison had a better chin than Wlad. No way would Wlad last against a fast and savage puncher like Morrison.

Why would you want a 17 year old Klitschko to fight Morrison? Do you like watching teenage boys?

Wlad beats him the way he beats everyone. Jab and grab.

What if he was not allowed to grab and history proves he wouldn't have been allowed if he fought state side during the 90's.

Take out Jennings and put the Morriosn of the Foreman fight in there. No holding = knockout loss.

Then maybe he knocks him out with first punch he throws like Bentt did.

Morrison didn't have much of a chin neither did Wlad.

I wouldn't give Morrison great chance of victory.

Every HW has a chance of beating every other but here I think that deck is stacked against Tommy. Even the early version of Wlad who went gung ho should have enough to win here.

Wlad only ever went gung- ho against a 41 y/o , fat walking punch bag. He was criticised for boxing passive against live opponent MaCline in the fight before.

And that same Wlad got sparked by a combo of speed and power.

Wlad never stopped anybody with the first shot he threw so the Bennt argument is moot. If anybody gets sparked early its Wlad as Morrison was the faster and more aggressive starter and Wlad can't let his hands go until everything is set in place.
Imo Wlad gets destroyed by Morriosn is a clean properly officiated fight.

McCline wasn't a live opponent, he was a shell shocked opponent like Tua was against Lewis. Wlad never got out of first gear but Jameel never forced the issue. I assume you rate Morrison above McCline and would expect him to force the issue.

Morrison was never a counter puncher he was a hook happy aggressive fighter who only fought cautiously against Foreman when scared.

Bentt never stopped anyone with his first punch until that night either, so moot arguments can still come true.

Morrison just isn't that good imo. He never established himself as a top contender and barring a safety first fight against Foreman he never really achieved anything in his career. He's more known for his appearance in Rocky than anything else.

Dangerous fight for wlad for at least 5 round s. He will try, like he did against Lewis. He may rock wlad a couple of times with the left. Wlad clinches, ties up Tommy while getting his own Jab in. By 6 morrisons tired and his eyes swollen. Finally in the seventh Tommy goes down from a wlad right hand. Climb s up but gets sent down again. Ref s seen enough. Brave effort from morrison.

Probably Wlad by UD. Morrison has a punchers chance at the least. Either way it goes Wlad will by up on the scorecards the entire fight.

Wlad would take him out. Just too controlling of a fighter and with a jab that was too disruptive. I guess Tommy might have a puncher's chance.

    I agree.
Nostalgia and his demise have inflated Morrison's abilities ten-fold it seems.
He's an easy fight for Wlad.

The way i see it is this - Foreman had a better jab and greater power than Wlad. And was far more dangerous and harder to beat.
Do you think the likes of Peter , Haye, Povetkin and Jennings would see 12 rounds against Foreman?

Look what happened to Jennings when he fought an extremely poor mans version of Foreman. Bombed out. Foreman stomps Wlads record to smithereens.

Duke countered well against jabs and was a semi decent bob n weaver. We all saw how Wlad couldn't hit Haye with a jab and struggled to line up the right hand.
Morrison had the same head movement but better footwork to position himself in close to deliver power shots. Wlad never faced nobody who could slip and counter his jab with hooks like Morrison could in his life. He never had to face a hook like Morrisons which genuinely was one of the greatest of all time.
Its my belief the bob n eave style and speed and explosiveness of Morrison would be Wlads worst nightmare.
He's proven time and time again he can't box guys like Morrioson has has to hold on for his life.
If molasses like Peter can get to him and he has no answer but to run away , then the possibility of Duke taking him out is higher than you would imagine.
And its not because Tommy is some ATG , No.. its a lot to do with how Wlad is limited as well as fragile under pressure.

If Calvin Brock can win early rounds off Wlad and beat his body like a drum , then .. you know the rest.
