What did the COURT and Athletic Commission find?

I tend to ignore the Kangaroo Courts of the internet.

They did have evidence which is why he was suspended and why he wouldn't sue anyone to prove his innocence. He knew that he would have a losing case.

Why should he? He got two huge pay days in Pac and Cotto 2 after the fact. Enough money to buy all the stupid sunglasses his heart can desire.

Intent is one thing and you are correct in saying that a person needs intent to commit an assault. But there is negligence. Is it reasonable to believe that Margarito should have known what was in his wraps? How many times has his hands been wrapped prior to the Mosley fight? He should have known the difference between old used wraps and new. I think almost every one can agree on that point.

So why didn't he try to stop the commission from suspending him?

You know the CSAC said there were traces of POP throughout those wraps.. Let's not play dumb. The reason/s charges weren't brought were because they werent used in the Mosley fight, and we're not proven to be used in any other fights. The suspensions came because of the testimony of Capetillo. Plain and simple. These charges you want to talk about would have had to have been filed from Mosley's behalf, which we already know didn't happen. Why? He didn't get a chance to use those tainted wraps.

Yes calcium and sulphur were found and Yes they cannot come out and say they found plaster because the other ingredient in plaster is Oxygen....and everyone knows oxygen can not be seen under any microscopic instrument...!!! So the scientific conclusion was the white flaky substance was consistent with [the ingredients and / or making of ] plaster.

And if it was hand creme, then Margarito would also be in trouble, due to the fact that NOTHING is allowed on the hands, no water, no hand cream, no lotion, no oil based solutions or no band-aid bandages or medication UNLESS approved by the athletic commission. Dela Hoya had an exemption for a band aid bandage in his fight with Hopkins due to having stitches, as Hopkins had an exemption for medication for his [cut on his] finger in his second fight with Robert Allen...!!!
