Why do people think Wladimir Klitschko ducked Sanders, Purrity rematch? It was the other way round.

As everyone knows Wladimir gets a lot of stick for his losses against both Purrity and Sanders. They say Wladimir needed his big brother to beat them for him, and he could not avenge his losses. The fact of the matter is both Purrity and Sanders ducked a rematch against Wladimir, and this is not debatable it is a well documented fact.

Purrity refused to rematch Wladimir 7 fights later. Source.

Sanders was ordered to rematch Wladimir by the WBO, Sanders refused to rematch Wladimir and was stripped of the WBO title. Source

Sanders dropped the WBO to fight Vitali for 980,000 instead of fighting his Mandatory Brewster for 350,000. That is how Wlad was able to fight Brewster for the vacant WBO belt. It was purely a business decision by Sanders.

So what was the reason behind Wlads decision to not trigger his rematch clause?

Sanders dropped the belt. Wlad obviously thought fighting Brewster for the belt was more meaningful. Sanders wanted a big payday. Everyone was happy.

You realize Wlad and Kohl said they had a rematch clause Sanders and Rodney Berman said they didn't have a rematch clause. There was no rematch. So, why don't you tell me?

It isn't well document at all. All you have a false claim made by Fat Dan over 10 years later.

Every document at the times proves Wlad went in another direction and WBO champ Sanders sought options with Jones and Brewster.

Khol said Wlad needed to go take a couple of tune -ups. Bermain said no rematch was triggerd. The rematch cluase was in the contract. The swerved Sanders , everybody knows this. It is what it is

That doesn't explain the rematch clause or why the rematch didn't happen. Had there been an iron clad rematch clause the fight would have happened WBO belt or not. Sanders got what he wanted. Wlad got what he wanted which was a shot at the WBO belt. So, tell me how that happened with a rematch clause?

There was an iron clad rematch in place . It was the same one Byrd had to sign that forced him to fight either brother if he lost to Vitali.
Thats why he was in limbo while Wlad took fights with Bostice and Barret. He wasn't allowed to box anybody.

Sander was free to go his own way and fight Roy Jones because Wlad released him from his rematch obligation? Why ? Because Wlad probably would have lost again and the first few rounds vs Vitali back that up.
Wlad wanted nothing to do with Sanders. It was a pure 100% DUCK

Wlad had to fight his way back up the WBO rankings.

He wouldn't take the immediate shot at the belt because it was held by Sanders .

Tell me why he needed tune-ups? Sanders was a cherry pick tune -up? He ran from a tune-up to fight lesser tune-ups????????

We both know Glass Jaw Roy had no intentions of fighting Sanders. Jones would have been put into a coma. Back to the topic at hand. How is it that Sanders was able to fight Vitali and Wlad was able to fight Brewster weeks apart but there was a duck involved in a rematch clause?
