If Ward doesn't rematch Kovalev...

Lol!! Over 70% of people in pretty much all polls have Kovalev winning the fight. And if Ward doesn't rematch Sergey (And I don't think he will) he is a chicken **** reject and WILL be remembered as such

 

no the Kovalev fight was hardly dirty and I reckon it worked as it made Kovalev react but doing the same though when someone lunges in a clamps down its hard to do little else and for that do I want to see a rematch?

 

Dude, I have already made it clear in multiple threads,dude, that I think Ward got lucky on the cards in the first match. Many of us (Ward supporters) have. In the current meta of the sport, I could see him taking his W and going home, though I would be disappointed. But it won't happen like that. When Ward is ready, he will fight Kov again and beat him decisively. Will Krusher fans give credit when that happens?

 

It was a close competetive fight that could have gone Kovalevs way aswell but it didn't. If we wouldn't get a rematch I would be abit salty since they are the top two fighters of any division and it would be a shame if we couldn't see a rematch especially since both are still in their prime.

 

No. But he will lose big time points with me. The greats do rematches. If he doesn't rematch Kov I won't list him amongst the greats. He will be a clear tier lower.

 

It was bad enough how Ward and corrupt buddies stole that first fight from Kovalev but now they want to steal all his money in the rematch. The rematch purses were set in the contract to mirror the first fight 5 for Ward and 2 for Kovalev but Ward is now demanding a much higher cut for the rematch.

Such a noble act from a Christian man, huh?

 

Kovalev isn't exactly the cleanest fighter, he was holding and pushing down on Ward the ENTIRE NIGHT!!

 

I scored it a draw. Kov fought like a ***** at times which is a big reason why he lost. Judges don't like that excessive clinching ****. Kov not wanting to fight inside even a lil bit cost himself the fight regardless of what the cry babies say.

 

Ward is trash. I hope GGG calls him out after putting Jacobs to sleep. I truly believe GGG would beat him. But Ward will be there terrorized by what's going to happen to his buddy. He'll try and act hard to a call out but won't sign crap. Or lowball GGG and act like it's not his fault. The guy is such a sleazebag.

A big ass gift that was not deserved . I've been riding hard for Dre for a min now and still do to be honest . I have always enjoyed the technician that he iz and I am obsessed with his 2 fights against Froch and Kessler where he schools both men and make em both look like jokes ( I don't particularly care for Kessler or Froch never did) . With that said . Dre has nothing to be ashamed of , he lost to Kovalev straight up. We all saw it , But There's no shame in that because every fighter faces a loss , This iz boxing it comes with the territory. The judges got it wrong and intentionally did Kovalev dirty . That's the real truth . One thing about me , Whether im a fan or not I call it like i see it and I refuse to lie to myself . Much respect to TBE for speaking up and keeping it 100 on Dre's loss.

Harold Lederman had the fight 116 - 111 for Kovalev. A fighter needs to fight to win a fight, but SOB lost, Kovalev staggered him with a jab, knocked him down, look at their faces after the fight, Kovalev was untouched. SOB had his personal referee, judges, boxing commission, actually Lederman wanted SOB to win, but he told the truth, Max and Roid Jones also had Kovalev winning the fight and they hate Kovalev. The damned Vegas judges are crooks.............
