Kuzmin is moving along fine, he has 8 fights so far and has fought Darnell Willson and Airich. But if we compare him with others we can see he is moved in a fast,non-protective pace.Per instance, Andy Ruiz Jr only in his 20th fight fought a mediocre step up in the face of Joe Hanks.Gerald Washington fought his first step up only in his 13th fight in the face of over the hill Travis Walker.Jarrell Miller only in his 19th fight fought a step up, he fought Fred Kassi.Otto Wallin has 17 fights so far and his best opponent to date is Oleksiy Mazikin. So, considering all this why someone would think that Sergey Kuzmin is moved slowly compared to others?

said Sergey Kuzmin, for the upcoming battle, he fits in good preparedness and serious fighting spirit.

"So it was a good time to prepare for the opponent's name we know the coach about a month ago - said the Russian boxer. - He has a big amateur background, but now he is not only according to the rules of boxing, and kickboxing and MMA, so it looked different fights. I can say that he knows how to drive and good overlap. I hope that the fight was spectacular. "

Sergey also said that he was happy to box it on 23 February. "In my opinion, on February 23 - this is a very suitable date for the match and for boxing in general, - he stressed. - I am glad that get in the ring that day and, of course, will try to show everybody that we are accumulating with the coach during training. "

Regarding future plans, Sergei said: "So far, all my plans come down to fight on February 23 in the future but I, like the vast majority of professional boxers, see before me a most important goal - the conquest of the title of world champion. I have a great team, a great coach, manager and promoter, and I have no shortage of motivation. The upcoming fight is very important for me because it is a step towards my goal. "

Kuzmin won by second round tko. Looked like an accidental rabbit punch because his opponent charged in that was the start of the end of the March to me.
Kuzmin has heavy hands and is very relaxed in the ring. He is however very slow of foot. Would like to see him lose a little more weight and try and move faster if he can.

Decent fight for Kuzmin, Davejko is better than Mollo, so he can at least learn something from this fight.

He has power, tko'd Joyce in amateurs in the 1 round, lost the close decision to Joshua by 2 points.I think he decisioned these opponents because he is getting used to pro ranks.Parker tko'd Nascimento but his eardrum got busted and he was getting outboxed by Nascimento in the first half of the fight.Nascimento also outboxed Wach but didn't get the decision.
