    It seems like GGG gave Jacobs an overly generous deal to make the fight happen - which he probably had to. If this fight fell apart, he would probably have taken the blame.

    NTM, he has the gaul to try and bring up Ward, as A side? Ward should be thanking his lucky stars Kovalev was easy to negotiate with, with Ward getting the lions share in that fight (And subsequently holding up the rematch).

    Bumlovkin's sole appearance on US PPV only sold 97K PPVs - so where do you get the notion that he does better numbers than Andre Ward?

    these guys cry over and over "the hate against ggg is so ridiculous i dont get it...hes treated so unfarily"....yet most of the posters that hate on him(especially myself) dont throw hate at kovalev and loma like they do at ggg......it has nothing to do with race....take a look at his moves and his resume...and the way everyone sucks him off repeatedly....theres only so much the eye test can do....yeah he passes it...but he aint ever dared to be great

    An American A side sold only about 10K more buys a foreign nobody against another foreign nobody. And you think that's brag-worthy? When this fight outsells Ward v. Kovalev, whats your excuse gonna be?

    Also,GGG is popular worldwide so he gets all kinds of licensing fees out of Australia, Boxnation, Russia, Germany, etc

    Ward only got $5 million because of his Roc nation contract. This is the same reason Cotto made more than Canelo. GGG has done nothing to deserve $5 million. $2.5 Million is more than fair until he beats a big name like Canelo.
