What I don't get is this: if GGG ducked CEJ ( ) for a welterweight then why in his next fight he chose a big ass 6'0 175 lbs middleweight? Surely he would pick someone smaller or another welter?
His exact words were he was offered a deal, he though he deserved better and said no(which means he didn't like it), and then Brook said yes to the same deal. You can live in denial all you want, he even criticizes Brook for being too obedient to Hearn. It couldn't get any clearer than that.
GGG "I won't fight Brook for 5M and want to sit on my ass getting old because a guy on the internet won't like it. This is box."
Will certainly be Golovkins' best career victory. Big gap between ol' boy Daniel Jacobs and his current best victory as well.
I really touched a nerve didn't I? I kinda figured once I posted in that GGG thread you'd go full ******, and start stalking my profile.
Pathetic fight record,eh! GGG beat somone like Sergej Kaminski in his 6th of 7th pro fight. And not only did he defeat him but he stopped them within the distance. Just watch Kaminski's fight with Bursak,Murray,Gevor,Khurtsidze,Konecny or Blanoc! GGG dismantled him -no other fighter has been able to do the same.Quite the opposite Kaminski either upset the apple carts or made the water very hot for his opponents. For me personally that victory early in his pro career was far more impressive than GGG's victories over Geale or Lemieux
Pathetic in terms of his hype, and p4p standings. People say GGG is the greatest MW of all time, that he'd be Hopkins, Hagler, etc. For someone with this much hype, yes his resume is utterly pathetic.
