    So if Canelo ever fought GGG, which he wouldnt, would the IBF belt not be on the line as i cant see him staying within 10lbs for fight night.

    huh, when you don't abide by the same rules as the other fighter you are cheating

    he knew well in advance he was going to do this, he could have told k2 and the ibf could have been take off the table and they would have been even

    Well his bigger opponents did much better than the smaller ones... they lasted longer in the ring... that's the truth so I can see why they do it

    :lol: and triple G fans already on damage control, just in case.

    Not going along with every ABC body rule is pretty common. Fighters decide to not pay this fee, or not jump through that hoop and in return, not fight for or defend certain titles all the time.

    Were there certain contingencies in the contract that limited the weight gain after the official weigh in? Fighters not weighing in on the same day of a fight isn't anything new. Unless there were stipulations in the contract limiting weight gain, calling Jacob's a cheater is unfounded!
