Right now, I'd put Crawford, Ward, Kovalev, Pacquiao, and Lomachenko over him. He's not fighting Kovalev level type opponents, and he isn't beating them clean like Crawford, Pac, or Lomachenko are doing.

 

Even if he pulls it off, I'd like to see Roman go back down in weight (if he can do it healthily). This is a step too far for him to be at his best IMO
