    GGG out-threw Jacobs by 618 to 542, outlanded him by 233 to 176 scoring at a 38 % to 32 %.

He was the aggressor through out and landed him on his ass.

Jacobs did well, went the distance, but he lost a close, and fair decision.

a LOT of money and years of build up and suspense about GGG-Canelo were not going to be thrown away on a close fight like this. Jacobs needed to do more to get the win on the scorecard.

No GGG made it look like he lost on purpose, he actually won because he is the best. Hopefully this will put an end to GGG being the best middleweight to ever lace them up.

There was a clear winner though and it was Jacobs. Won't cry robbery but I don't think GGG won that one.

I can live with 114-113 with the KD for Golovkin but 115-112 is madness.Very close fight,kd made the difference anyhow.

No need for a rematch for this sore losing thug.

Despite what happened tonight, Canelo still loses. He has no movement.

Can we have some perspective, I understand some of you might be upset or just really hate Golovkin but can you please stop using the word "Robbery".

Do some of you know what a robbery is? This was a close fight, competitive, it was not a robbery.

"All I can be is gracious in defeat."

Right after saying Golovkin got a gift decision because he's a bigger draw...?

    Hahahaha.

    Another controversial decision like Ward-Kovalev.

I really have to watch this again. Jacobs really controlled those middle rounds well.

This was a bit like Kovalev vs Ward. Jacobs doesn't have Ward's prestige so he couldn't get the decision. All in all I think this was the right call. You don't just win 4 belts out of a fight you got knocked down by the champ and there were a lot of close rounds.

You can get to 114-113 GGG, I guess. But, I think Jacobs was unlucky not to get the nod. I suspect we'll see GGG-Canelo- but I'd rather see a rematch btx these two and to see how they adjust the second time around.

The fact that he came in as a Cruiserweight tonight, helped him to survive.
