The Russian Tszyu imo was one of the most overrated top level boxers of the last few decades along with that fat midget English chav Wicky Hatton.

 

GGG v Jacobs had all the makings of a great fight now we know Jacobs will be the MUCHO heavier guy all doubt about it being a rip snortrer has been put to bed Jacobs has a plan and it won't go south as soon as he gets hit imo but i suspect the extra mass will be his and his lungs downfall in the championship rounds .

Well no argument from me as the fight panned out as i expected , that said i still think Jacobs ringmanship shaded it but . I suggest though without the extra lbs Jocobs was carrying that knock down would have had him on a ***** er street than he found himself on .

 

I'm amazed anyone thinks Jacobs won that fight.... clearly a win for Golovkin I had it 116 - 111

Betfair were betting $3 GGG into the last rd and after the bell, I was gobsmacked so had $200 on GGG after the bell at $3.05

Does anyone have punch numbers?

Crazy all the people bitching about a close, competitive fight in other threads. No pleasing some - would they rather a blow out?

 

On viewing it as it happend and not having the benefit of seeing it again and again on rewind with pen & paper i will stick with my original opinion . See my above posts 'for me' Jacobs was the smarter more productive boxer on the night mate besides scoring a boxing bout is subjective ie we all like what we like and score accordingly . I posted how the fight would go prior to it happening and it went exactly how i predicted even down to predicting an early Knock down wouldn'tbother Jacobs and him losing the last two rounds because of the extra weight . I will stick with my opinion going on what i saw .

 

I can understand how you saw that if you are saying Jacobs used a far better selection of shots and landed the more powerful shots ( obviously apart from the KD ) but i don't see how you had it so wide but hay ho as i said " we all like what we like " Prow .

Pira i seldom post on the ' knocker ' threads these days as there are too many people posting there with agendas, if ALL can't give both fighters in that fight massive props for the fight they gave us then they are either blind or DKSAB .
