Nah, not so. The poll reflects the correct decision imho. I really can't see it going to Jacobs, especially on the second watch. I dunno, maybe it helped that I watched the fight on Youtue in Russian so I couldn't understand a damn thing. Maybe the commentators make it sound as though Jacobs is doing a job on GGG?

All 3 judges gave triple G round one. The scorecards were fair and spot on. Tough tough fight wish there were more of these. Too many ppl today just want guys to steamroll the opponent and keep their 0 and others just want to label everyone else bums. This was a tight fight and a good one for the sport with the correct winner
Spot on! Some fans like to tip the close rounds one way, resulting in a wide score in a tight fight. I have the 11 and 12 for Jacobs resulting in a 6-6 card. The 12 could have easily gone to GGG giving him a 3 point win. The 3 judges in agreement for once and turning in a good one. The Gonzales card however turn a fantastic fight to a depressing ending.

For someone with nearly 40000 posts you are intensely dim.. You do know the jab is the most basic & effective scoring weapon in the boxing arsenal don't you?
