Glowacki is/was a former world champion who is actually world level unlike Izu and the AmeriCan he lost too.
This. Holyfield was far from reaching his best that early in his career. A few years later Holyfield became the world heavyweight champ. Usyk has the potential to do well at heavyweight. But I still think his chin is untested, since without a solid chin some of his habits would get him knocked out at heavyweight. Holyfield was more of a brawler then people tend to remember, especially prior to Bowe II. A skilled brawler to be sure, I loved his punching technique and combinations. But he was a big brawler at cruiser and an undersized brawler at heavyweight. His defense wasn't the best, but he had great survival skills and could fight his way out of trouble. I don't get this comparison though. We had a poor man's Holyfield in the 90s, Moorer. Maybe Adamek could be described as such.
If i were you i would be concerened about Mr. usyks next fight a fight he may lose and here you are talking about a HW takeover?????????????????
Oh it's the Duck man who don't watch boxing. The answer you are looking for is in post #94 Kind of weird, right? I mean you respond to a very detailed post that states my opinion quite clearly, summarize my statements in a exaggerated negative light and restate it into a question...that can be answered by the detailed post you just quoted.
Yet before that fight EVERYONE by about 90% on THIS forum had him labled the second cioming of Anthony Joshua???? Very much like MOST have Usyk for whatever ODD reason to takeover the Hw division....
Well I wasnt one of the Izu has skills but is to small at heavyweight, he's more suited to cruiserweight.
Yet is 6'5 230 plus and Usyk is 6'2 and about 210/215 in comfort zone at HW also doesnt hit as fast or hard as Izu??? See the irony here? I wouldnt be shocked one bit if Hunter defeats Usyk tbh.
