Well that's even worse he had the cardiovascular of a 6 round fighter, he's going no where and will never win a title. And neither will baby build Breazeale. Skills pay the bills and Usyk has more in his left foot than both those fighters put together.
His left hook wont crack an egg at HW. He struggled severly against big slow guys who didnt even have pro records at Hw and Junior Fa back then couldnt even box. His last fight told me everything i need to know about the foolish suggesting he makes a good HW with the Glowacki fight.
LOL he's not a massive puncher now, but skill wise he's levels above any heavyweight out there. Will he be able to cope with the size difference of the good big men like Wlad, Fury, Joshua and dare I say it Wilder? Only time will tell.
you are delusional if you think a guy of his size will survive on out pointing guys if he cant punch. Trey Morrison would lay him out cold if he fought him,and hes not even top 20 yet. What will you say if he loses to hunter?
Well being apparently hes superman ...well isnt that a fight he should have no problem with? Hes a HW killer right?
Well I've not said that but seen as you think a guy who is an amateur stand out, quickest world champion at cruiser loses badly by the sounds of it to a club fighter in Lippe and 6 round Izu means I'm wasting my time here. Adios amigos.
you wasted your time when you proposed that he was a HW contender bc he did good at CRUISERWEIGHT and shows less skills than trey to btw with the exception of defense bc Trey is just under 13 fights now and hita MUCh harder than Usyk does......lol you still didnt answer the question what will you say if hunter wins? i cant imagine why ?..Maybe bc then it kills this idea....lol
Haye was considered a top HW. So was Adamek. Doing well at Cruiser is usually a pretty good barometer for success at heavy, traditionally.
If Hunter wins then good for him....what do you expect me to say? Let's see how it goes and see you in the post fight thread seen as you think Hunter wins.
Haye fought the right guys and i would consider Haye to k.o usyk when he was on top....Ademak looked good ...fringe contender at best.Obviously he was a cruiserweight fighter.
your telling me guys like Izu and Breazeale are no good but then flip it over and pretend a Hunter loss wouldnt effect your entire stance on this? come on now !!!!!!
Usyk sparred with quality amateur super heavies and bettered them. Did you know that? He has the frame to add 15 pounds, and who knows what his walk around weight is before having to make 200 pounds. My guess is his walk around weight is 210. So picture him at 6'3" tall, 220 pounds with a 78" reach, a south paw stance, and more skill than anyone in the division. In case you are wondering, he's got a very good chin based on the punches he took as an amateur.
Amatuer dont mean anything. you will see i know what im talking about and then come back to this thread...maybe in April bc i have a feeling he will lose that fight.
Are you aware, Holyfield competed at light heavyweight in the Olympics? Usyk is 11-0, 10 Ko's facing quality opposition. Mike Hunter is a good story, but he's not beating Usyk! Hunter's opposition has been weaker. His best win is over Isiah Thomas, a light heavyweight blow up, with some hype attached to his name because he was from Detroit. But Thomas can't punch at crusier weight. No disrespect to Hunter, son of the legendary Mike the Bounty Hunter, but he's been protected as a professional for reasons and is taking this fight get paid. Hunter could not break through a pretty bad USA amateur team. Ya think he's beating Usyk?! Best guess, Usyk TKO in round 9. Hunter might win 2-3 rounds, but he's out classed.
